This is the fifth edition of the annual research on Belarusian national identity: https://library.fes.de/pdf-files/bueros/belarus/21877.pdf
The study uses quantitative methods to explore what it means to be Belarusian today. While previous reports analyzed divisions within Belarusian society, this edition focuses on the common elements that unite Belarusians. It also examines cultural consumption, the influence of Russian culture, and attitudes toward the Belarusian language.
Authors: Independent sociologists Philipp Bikanau and Konstantin Nesterovich.
The project was realized in partnership with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung and with the informational support of Press Club Belarus
