The structure headed by Pavel Latushko ,presented documents that will help Belarus to bring all the expected day of " departure ” prepare for the transition period and successfully pass it. In order to bring the day of a New Belarus closer, it is necessary to: – in the field of justice: attract the perpetrators of crimes against the Belarusian people through international instruments of influence; – in the economic sphere: minimize the regime's ability to increase the national debt and sell Belarusian strategic assets; – in the field of foreign policy: continue active international pressure through sanctions and isolation of the regime; – in the sphere of functioning of internal Affairs bodies: continue to undermine the power structures responsible for repression, while offering alternatives for the future. Not only representatives of the Department participated in the preparation, but also external experts.
