What a night at Hangar 1819! Infected Rain came to Greensboro looking little bit exhausted from the brutal tour grind — but once they hit the stage, the Moldovans went all in like total professionals. 💀🔥 And special respect to Elena "Lena Scissorhands" Cataraga — her energy was insane from start to finish. Screams, clean vocals, crowd control… the woman gave 100% even after weeks on the road. Fun fact: Lena still speaks Russian fluently, which longtime Eastern European fans definitely appreciate. Ironically, ONLY during Infected Rain’s set did the sound inside Hangar 1819 finally become clear enough to actually hear the vocals and musicians properly. You could finally distinguish the riffs, bass lines, drum work, and Lena’s vocals without everything turning into muddy noise. Unfortunately, the opening bands — Stitched Up Heart, Blackwater Drowning, and Dying Oath — didn’t get the same treatment from the venue’s sound engineers. (We missed Internal Shadow) Massive respect to Infected Rain for proving once again why they’ve become a real force on the international groove metal scene.
