It was founded in 1995 and officially disbanded in 2005, however some sects of it countinued to operate. In 2008 former leaders were arrested due to suspicion that they were involved in the 2008 Minsk bombing, but were released due to lack of evidence. In 2017 the group saw a resurgence in activity, and as a result they were arrested by the Belarusian Government on charges of attempting to overthrow the government. During this arrest many weapons were confiscated. In 2020 it is possible that another resurgence could be seen, with the Belarusian 2020 elections leaving the majority of the Belarusian people expressing a distaste for Lukashenko stronger than ever. Fun fact : one of the original leaders is Сяргей Бульба (Sergei Bulba) No relation.
