When the Rook and the Hooded crow joined the family of grey partridges (Perdix perdix) and flock of sparrows during feeding on pieces of cuted grass and flowers, I do not expect that crow will behave as hooligan there. I guess the male partridge also do not expect it, but when it happened several times, he bravely defend his family from crow till young birds need it, then continue to feed when crow start to behave peacefully.
